A few things before starting your registration:

  • If you are using a Promo Code for discounted registration you will need to add that in the promo code section at the end of the registration form and click 'APPLY'. The reduced rate will then appear.

  • When you are selecting your registration type, if you select Shipper Pass, please note that the Journal of Commerce Events Team will verify that you qualify as a shipper. Shipper conference passes are valid only for cargo owners, and do not apply for carriers, NVOCCs, forwarders or brokers, 3PLs, truckers or other service providers.

Conference Pass Details

The registration fee includes:

Important Information

  • Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by January 1, 2025.
  • ALL refunds will be subject to a $100 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received after January 1, 2025 and 'no shows' will be subject to the full conference rate.

  • You must provide the name, title, and contact information for the person you are substituting.
